At Ophelara, we care about your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help—under the conditions below.

Returns for Damaged Products Only

We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear video and photo evidence showing the damage as it was received.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at ophelara.store@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and video + image proof of the damage.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 15 to 30 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Important Notes

  • Returns without valid visual proof will not be accepted.

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defects.
